The ice maker didn't work in the freezer and no ice trays.
Just a reminder, if you need paper products, you have to ask now, it's not part of the room standard. The burner on the stove worked when it wanted to and when I removed it, the maids suck at cleaning.
I had issues with the toilet, with our room on the second floor, it rocked, I was afraid it would break if I put too much weight on it. Found out Monday that they were fully booked when I wanted to change. Once in the room, I asked for a king, got a double. I had to wait a bit just to get someone's attention because the office closes at 6 on Sunday. I got to the hotel after 6pm Sunday to find they forgot to leave me a key or anything in the lock box. A few issues but they were quick to rectify the problems. I spoke with the manager who was supposed to send maintenance but he never showed and I never heard from her again.
My coworker in another room didn't even get a pan. The pans stick horribly and the pot was a joke. I didn't have a single cooking utensil for the stove, not even a spatula. It felt dirty in the room, found a few bugs.alive.
